What is the standard shipping time for international orders?

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

For most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout (DDP). If your region is not covered, you may be responsible for local customs fees upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all Ruslan Baginskiy tags and packaging intact.

How should I care for my RB hat?

We recommend storing your hat in its original box to maintain its shape. Avoid contact with water and humidity; for felt or straw styles, use a soft brush for light cleaning.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
